Okay, so I got my walk on today at a local church while waiting for someone. It was interesting, as there was a lot to look at, and it felt good to get back into the groove after being so sick and without energy. And I found an awesome new salad today that probably isn't really great for me, but better than a cheese burger. It is spicy, has chicken, and is found at a local sandwich shop. (Don't feel the need to advertise for businesses on here)
My breakfast was a simple breakfast bar, and my dinner was grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. Yummy! Overall, a pretty good day I think.
lesson for today: Exercise makes you feel good, especially after being sick for so long.
